One of the guiding principles of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University's human resource management strategy is to support employees' academic freedom. The university seeks to advance management and employee development to preserve brilliant and talented employees to advance their competency to be successful and content, including career growth, welfare, and facilities to promote quality of life.

The promotion of academic freedom under the policy promotes the freedom of personnel to seek knowledge and present new knowledge that may not yet be accepted in society or are sensitive issues. It also includes the freedom to perform academic duties such as teaching and learning content with new knowledge, encouraging personnel to exchange knowledge both internally and externally. However, it must not be contrary to morals and ethics.
