Head of the University Council Recruitment
KPRU has a policy of nominating the Head of the University Council through a judicial process. The university has determined the qualifications of the persons who can be nominated for the position of the Head of the University Council as follows:
1. must be a person who is ethical, socially accepted, and able to contribute to the university.
2. must have knowledge and expertise in any field that will benefit university affairs.
3. must possess administrative capabilities and leadership qualities that are advantageous to the growth of the university.
4. must have a vision for the management of higher education and education for local and information technology development.
5. must possess a social standing that is advantageous to the university's operations.
6. must not be a full-time teacher or a contract teacher, a civil servant, or an official of a university.
Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University Council has issued regulations regarding qualifications, criteria, and methods of acquiring suitable persons for the position of qualified university councilors.
University Council Member Recruitment
Eligible candidates for this position must not be university personnel and have the following qualifications:
1. Possess academic or professional expertise in the subjects required to support the university's goals.
2. Be accepted by society, possess morals and ethics, and uphold morality.
3. Acknowledge the significance of higher education management for the growth of the nation and the community, give attention and cooperation as well as support and promote the expansion of educational opportunities to the local area.
4. Be able to devote time to the university as necessary and appropriate.

To acquire suitable persons for the position of qualified university councilors, the University Committee, chaired by the university president, together with the members and secretary who are the representatives of vice presidents, deans, and directors or heads of government sectors, chairpersons of faculty members and government officials, and members of the University Council, will be jointly selecting the candidate who offers the most potential.

President Recruitment
The selection committee for the president, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University arranges for the selection of suitable candidates for the position of president. The details are set out in the regulations of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, regarding criteria, methods of acquisition, and the qualifications of the president, B.E. 2547.

An individual who is qualified for the role of president is nominated by a committee that is appointed by the university council. It is made up of the committee's chairman, committee members, and a secretary. Each position will be filled by a representative selected from qualified university committees, executives, and full-time faculty.
Those who are eligible to be nominated or nominate themselves in order to be selected for the position of the president must have the following prerequisites:
1. Possess Thai citizenship
2. Be at least 40 years old on the day that the nomination or application deadline expires.
3. Have vision, leadership, ability, and experience in organizational management that will benefit the development of the university's affairs.
4. Possess moral principles, uphold moral behavior, and be accepted in society.
5. Recognize the significance of higher education administration for the growth of the nation, and are interested in, willing to work with, supportive of, and promoting the extension of educational possibilities in the neighborhood.
6. Able to perform duties full time

Dean Election
The recruitment of the Dean for each faculty is carried out in accordance with the University Regulations on Qualifications, Criteria, and Procedures for Recruiting Persons for Appointment to the Faculty of Deans, B.E. 2547.

The University requires that the deserving candidate for appointment must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a university or other higher education institution recognized by the University Council, as well as at least three years of teaching experience or work experience in administration at the university or other higher education institution.

Eligible candidates can come from both faculty recruitment through the joint nomination of personnel and self-nomination. The Faculty Committee will then choose the candidate for the position of Faculty Dean based on their qualities as evidenced by their biographies and accomplishments, as well as the Faculty's vision and development plans.
