Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University manages its premise under the concept of a green university. It emphasizes the balance of lives in the ecosystem. The university area is zoned as the green area, building area, sports facilities are, and accommodation area. Zoning the green zone and sports facilities zone is open to the public and are free of charge.

Apart from adopting the Green Office Measure and providing free bicycles, the university has built cover ways connecting buildings to encourage more sustainable commuting.

On-campus, students and staff are encouraged to commute on foot. To ensure that the policy works, the university has constructed footpaths that connect buildings. In some parts of the footpaths, the covers are put up to prevent the pedestrians from the heat and rain.
