The university has developed a policy for the implementation of its commitment to the local society for the fiscal year 2023 in order to stimulate stakeholder participation in the university's operations.

Moreover, The Center of Academic Service and Raising Revenue (ASR) is responsible for coordinating internal networks at the faculties, institutes, centres, offices and curriculum levels in implementing the Rajabhat University Strategic Plan for Local Development, focusing on learning and strengthening the community, the private sector, the government, and the professional unit with the involvement of stakeholders.

Project managers from internal departments at all levels are required to submit progress reports, complete project evaluation reports, and expenditure reports to ASR.
