According to Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat Rajabhat University's regulations in the student manual on the collection of tuition fees for bachelor's degrees in regular semester, students who are unable to pay the tuition fees are kindly asked to apply for a payment extension for up to 30 days after the date of waiver, as it is possible to waive the payment of tuition fees later than the university has already established.

The students must submit an application by the date specified by the university. If the students fail to comply, they must pay a fine of 100 baht per day starting from the last day the university requires the application.

Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University has also issued measures to help students and entrepreneurs. due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as follows:
1. 10% reduction in tuition fees for the first semester of the academic year 2021 for regular bachelor's degree, master's degree, doctoral degree and กศบป. In the case that the tuition fee has been paid in full, the student must contact to request the refund of the difference online through the website: http://admission.kpru.ac.th, by specifying a bank account and attaching a copy of the first page of the passbook.
2. Extension of the payment period for the first semester of the academic year 2021, exempting the late fee for regular students and กศบป., students must apply for an extension of the payment period at the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration, Main Administration Building (Building 14).
3. Reduction in university dormitory maintenance fee by 25% for general students who stay at KPRU Home and Namphet Building in the academic year 2021. Students in special projects that the government has subsidized for expenses are excluded.
4. Reduction in the rent of shop space for small entrepreneurs within the university by 30% from May-June 2021.
