Pedestrian and Disability Support on Campus
Sustainable Cities and Communities
As pedestrian are one of the most important factors that will help the university achieve its energy efficiency target, the university, therefore, puts high priority on the group by providing facilities in different forms across the campus. Cover walkways connecting buildings, walking bridges that provide shortcuts to different parts of the campus, and well-marked crosswalks connecting major buildings and green spaces. These allow easy and safe movement throughout the campus. We also install solar-powered lighting along pathways to promote visibility and energy efficiency. Shaded seating spots are provided comfortable spots for relaxation along the way.
