One mission that significantly contributes to the local development is the university’s academic service. The services which are in different forms and modes aims at transferring appropriate and essential knowledge, research, and innovation that can have positive impact on creating sustainable economic growth, strong and happy community, and good environment. Examples of the services are reskilling and upskilling of inservice and preservice workforce, creating creative economy possibilities based on the local heritages and wisdoms, and providing legal consultation and assistance.

The Law Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, focuses on producing graduates with legal knowledge, skills in analyzing facts and being able to correctly judge legal issues according to academic principles, within the framework of the ethics and morality of lawyers, as well as being responsible for local communities and the country. Furthermore, the program also has an important mission to disseminate legal knowledge to the public, officials and local government agencies, to enhance understanding and compliance with the law in society.

On August 17, 2023, the Law Program organized an academic service project to provide legal knowledge training to the public and local agencies in Khlong Lan Phatthana Subdistrict, Khlong Lan District, on the topic of Family Law and Inheritance: In the case of inheritance of assets that are allocated for agriculture to the poor from the state at the meeting room of Khlong Lan Phatthana Municipality, Kamphaeng Phet Province. There were speakers from the Lawyers Council, Kamphaeng Phet Province. Attorney Rangsan Changklang and Attorney Chaiwat Sriboonlert also joined in to provide knowledge to the participants.
